Employee-Ownership
An experienced Chair and NED with strong Employee Ownership (EO/EOT) credentials, combining robust governance expertise with a people-centred, commercially informed approach. He has chaired at scale, notably as Chair and Independent Guardian Trustee of Scott Bader Commonwealth (2017–2020), a £250m employee-owned multinational, demonstrating deep capability in values-led governance, stakeholder balance and cultural stewardship.
He also brings experience with newer EO structures, giving him a rare blend of “mature EO” and early-stage EOT insight. His sector influence is reinforced through his former role on the Employee Ownership Association’s Membership Council and active thought leadership on EO governance and engagement.
